With a Masters degree in industrial design and certification in PMBOK project management, Francis Jacquerye has been working in the luxury industry for 15 years while training in gold smithing and watch assembly (see Linkedin profile and portfolio).
After overseeing design and competitive analysis for the Longines Watch Company between 2011 and 2013, Francis co-founded Woodshores AB to oversee the development and distribution of Techné and Siduna.
With a Masters of Business Administration, Anna Jacquerye dealt with banking in Stockholm before working as a financial controller, first for IKEA Lausanne and currently for IKEA global.
Anna co-founded Woodshores AB with Francis and she currently oversees the forecasting, finances and accounting of the company.

An engineer by training, Michael Happé became a ICT Network Manager and Project Manager and accumulated a 10 year experience in management of teams, Infrastructure, Network and Telecom Implementation in international companies.
Before building the Gavox brand, setting up the supply chain of Twelve Watch and joining the board of Woodshores AB, Michael became ITIL V3 Certified and made extensive use of prince II methodologies.
